The information, listings, content, and services provided on this website (the “Site”), operated by PPE Media Ltd (https://ppe.org/) (“we,” “us,” “our”), are provided strictly for general informational purposes only.

1. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes or is intended to constitute professional, technical, safety, legal, medical, engineering, compliance, certification, or any other form of advice. The Site is not a substitute for independent professional assessment, testing, verification, or advice from qualified experts. Users must seek appropriate professional guidance before relying on any information found here in relation to personal protective equipment (PPE), safety protocols, regulatory compliance, product selection, workplace safety, or any related matter.

2. Third-Party Listings and Supplier Information
The Site acts solely as a directory aggregating publicly available and/or user-submitted information about suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and other entities offering PPE, safety products, services, training, guidance, or related offerings (“Suppliers”).

We do not:

  • own, operate, control, employ, endorse, sponsor, affiliate with, or otherwise represent any Supplier;
  • verify, audit, test, certify, approve, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, safety, quality, performance, compliance (including with any national or international standards, regulations, certifications, or testing requirements), suitability, or legitimacy of any Supplier, their products, services, claims, representations, training materials, guidance, pricing, availability, delivery capabilities, or any other aspect;
  • conduct background checks, financial checks, quality assurance checks, or due diligence on Suppliers;
  • monitor or moderate ongoing Supplier activities, customer interactions, contracts, or transactions.

All Supplier listings, descriptions, contact details, product specifications, certifications, images, logos, claims, and other content (“Supplier Content”) are provided by or on behalf of the Suppliers themselves or sourced from publicly available materials. We disclaim any responsibility for, and do not verify the truthfulness or accuracy of, any Supplier Content.

3. No Endorsement or Recommendation
The appearance of a Supplier or any Supplier Content on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, approval, certification, validation, or guarantee by PPE Media Ltd of that Supplier, their products, services, quality, safety, compliance, ethical standards, business practices, financial stability, or any other matter. Inclusion in the Directory is not a representation that the Supplier meets any particular safety, quality, regulatory, or ethical standard.

4. Use at Your Own Risk
You access and use the Site, rely on any information (including Supplier Content), contact any Supplier, purchase any product or service, engage any training or guidance, or take any action (or refrain from taking any action) based on information found on the Site entirely at your own risk.

PPE Media Ltd expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in any and all jurisdictions worldwide, all liability for:

  • any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or other damages of any kind;
  • personal injury, illness, death, property damage, economic loss, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other harm;
  • arising from or in any way related to:
  • the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or usefulness of any information on the Site;
  • any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or outdated information;
  • any Supplier, their products, services, representations, training, guidance, advice, performance, safety, compliance, defects, failures, delays, non-delivery, or any transaction or interaction with any Supplier;
  • your reliance on, use of, or inability to use the Site or any linked third-party site;
  • any virus, malware, harmful code, or technological issue transmitted via the Site.

5. No Warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • warranties of merchantability;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • non-infringement;
  • accuracy;
  • completeness;
  • timeliness;
  • safety;
  • compliance with any law, regulation, standard, or certification (including but not limited to PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, OSHA standards, ANSI, EN, ISO, NFPA, or any other national or international safety, quality, or performance standard).

PPE Media Ltd does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of viruses, or compatible with your systems.

6. Third-Party Links and Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. PPE Media Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility or liability for, the content, privacy practices, products, services, accuracy, legality, safety, or availability of any linked site. Accessing any third-party site is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law in any jurisdiction worldwide (including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, and all other countries), the total aggregate liability of PPE Media Ltd (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or otherwise) arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount of US$1.00 (one United States dollar). In jurisdictions where exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PPE Media Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, reliance on any information or Supplier Content, interactions with any Supplier, violation of these Disclaimers, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Disclaimers are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Disclaimers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Users from other jurisdictions waive any objection to such venue and jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Disclaimers
PPE Media Ltd may update these Disclaimers at any time. The date at the top indicates the last revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimers.

11. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination of these Disclaimers or your use of the Site.
