- Verification of Supplier claims, certifications, product quality, pricing, availability, or delivery
- Assistance with transactions, orders, returns, or disputes between you and any Supplier
- Emergency safety or health issues (contact appropriate emergency services immediately)
- Requests for removal of legitimate listings (unless they violate our policies – see below)

Reporting Issues with Listings
If you believe a Supplier listing contains:
- False/misleading information
- Inappropriate or offensive content
- Copyright/trademark infringement
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
Please email directory@ppe.org with:
- The full URL of the listing
- A clear description of the concern
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action (which may include removal, editing, or contacting the Supplier). Note: We are not responsible for Supplier content (see our Disclaimers for details).
